Chef Lynch was born and raised in New York City, surrounded by the infamous culinary scene the City offers. He began working in restaurants at 18 and quickly learned how to negotiate the dynamics of both the dining room and the kitchen while recognizing the communication needed among chefs, servers, and bartenders.
Justin went on to work for some of New York’s best caterers and began cooking for his own private clients. He also continued his education, graduating from the Natural Gourmet Institute in early 2017 and completing his internship at the renowned Nobu Fifty Seven in New York City.
Justin focuses on creating highly individualized meal plans using fresh and seasonal ingredients to create balanced healthy meals.
