Some of Chef Ever’s oldest and best memories are of helping his mother and Grandmother prepare large family suppers. He observed what a joy and art form cooking could be and knew at an early age that he wanted to pursue a career in culinary arts.
Ever graduated with honors from the French Culinary Institute in New York City. He started working for restaurants that helped him hone his craft and further his drive to learn new and current food styles.
Ever’s career as a private chef allowed for extensive travel and, with it, many opportunities to research and learn about new and upcoming food trends, including spa cuisine. Ever’s passion for healthy cuisine took him to the Institute of Integrative Nutrition where he studied dietary theories and holistic nutrition .
Chef Ever specializes in healthy contemporary cuisine and combining proper diet with fitness to help private clients achieve their wellness goals.
