Growing up in a house where the kitchen was the heart of the home, it is no surprise that his passion for food took him to the French Culinary Institute in New York City, where he graduated with high honors in 2002. He continued his exploration of the culinary world, traveling through France and Italy, spending a year working in Tuscany.

After returning from Italy, Keith opened his private catering and personal chef services in Western Connecticut, Westchester county and New York City. His food focus is based on combined experience using the freshest market ingredients to create superb tasting dishes with first class presentation.
